For most of us, our daily routine consists of designated hours spent going to work, working, going back home and getting some sleep. We seldom or never even think of scheduling time within our day for ourselves; to just be alone and do something that we really want to do or to reward ourselves for getting through the day.
Water is essential in life. All living things need drinking water to survive. Aside from that, we also use water in many things such as cooking, taking a bath, washing our clothes and keeping our surroundings clean. It is hard to even imagine a day without water.
Message is simple. Love your body. Nourish it. Protect it. It’s the only one you got.
