It is the perfect statement piece if you are going to dinner party with a formal dress codes such as weddings and red carpet events.

The bag is used primarily as a fashion accessory, thus, it has a very limited capacity. Its small space can only accommodate small items such as lipstick, powder, keys, cash, credit cards and sometimes eyeglass or cellphone. It is small enough to handle using one hand. Some designs have handles and chains while others have wrist straps.

Haute Couture

Haute Couture (ot-koo-toor) is French for high fashion.  Each piece is tailored for a specific client.  It is handmade and it is of the highest quality that is why it is very expensive.

This is the opposite of Prêt-à-Porter.  Prêt-à-Porter (predapor-tā) means ready-to-wear. It is factory made and produced in big quantities with different standard sizes.

Asset

According to Robert Kiyosaki, “an ASSET is anything that puts money in your pocket.”

He also says that your house is not an asset and is in fact a liability. Is that surprising? There are other things we think are assets but are actually liabilities. Based on this definition, check your list of assets and see if they really are assets or not.

Ideally, your assets should exceed your liabilities to enable you to build your wealth and enjoy financial freedom.

FOMO
