Albert Einstein is more known for his work in the field of science but his background and his principles in life are what drove him to pursue his scientific career and be successful at it.
Among his peers and the scientific community, he is known for his positive attitude not only in facing his personal circumstances but also in dealing with scientific problems. Aside from his natural genius, many of his colleagues in the scientific community respected him for standing up to his principles and remaining humble and approachable to his less famous and younger peers. He has also shared much of his time towards advocacy work.
We may not all turn out to be a genius as successful or as famous as him but his positive outlook, humility, commitment to his passion and his sense of giving back to his community and helping others who have less than him, are mind sets and attitudes that we can adapt to achieve success, and even happiness, in our own goals and passions in life.
